Why buy this home...

If you’re searching for a home where you can simply move in, place your furniture, and start enjoying it from day one, this could be the perfect fit.

Flexibility is a real highlight throughout. As you step into the hallway, the kitchen sits to the right, thoughtfully upgraded by the current owners with high-gloss cabinetry and wood-effect worktops, giving it a sleek, premium feel. LED lighting beneath the kickboards adds a subtle ambience, ideal when entertaining. There’s also space for a two- or four-seater table, creating a sociable spot for everyday dining. Integrated appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven, and gas hob.

At the end of the hallway, the living room offers excellent proportions and a layout that allows you to arrange your furniture in a way that suits your lifestyle. The current owners have comfortably incorporated a dining area, showing just how versatile the space is. French doors open onto the garden, a generous size for a newer home and ready for you to make your own. This sunny outdoor space also provides access to the driveway and garage. Completing the ground floor is a convenient WC and useful storage beneath the stairs.

The first floor hosts three well-sized bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedrooms two and three easily accommodate double or king-size beds, with space remaining for wardrobes and bedside tables. The fourth bedroom is a single and works equally well as a nursery, guest room, or a valuable home office, as it is currently used. The family bathroom is neatly finished with half-height tiling around the bath and serves all rooms on this level.

Without question, one of the most impressive features is the principal suite occupying the entire top floor. A private staircase leads you to this peaceful retreat, while vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of light and space. A Velux-style window invites natural brightness, and the room is further complemented by built-in wardrobes and a modern ensuite with a double shower, creating a comfortable and private haven.

Parking is well catered for with a garage and a driveway providing space for two vehicles.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. The Turing Key pub has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
