Owners Insight
"We bought our house through John Lake in 2003 when we were newly married and expecting our first baby. We needed a lovely warm home to raise our family and we found it in this property. The moment we walked in we could feel how welcoming it was and I knew immediately it was the house for our new family.
We have spent 23 very happy years here, and two sons have been born, grown up and moved on from here. It's now too big for just two, and we are reluctantly moving on also.
We can't tell you how sad we are to part with this house, we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for schools, hospital, quick access to Newton and Exeter, green spaces, and local shops. The neighbours are lovely and we have made friends here. But life moves on and we are happy to pass this home on to someone else to love just as much as we have."
