Owners Comments....
One of the things i’ve loved most about living here is the real sense of community within the building. There’s a residents’ Facebook group, neighbours look out for each other by taking in parcels, and in the summer we often have barbecues in the communal gardens. It genuinely feels friendly and supportive.
The location has also been perfect for my lifestyle. I travel a lot for work, and having a dual-line tube station right next door with easy routes into Central London and out towards Heathrow has been incredibly convenient.
Ruislip High Street quickly became part of my daily routine too, with so many great coffee shops and cafés just a short walk away.
As for the apartment itself, it’s been a lovely place to come home to - modern, spacious, quiet and peaceful, even though everything is so close by. It’s the best of both worlds.

James The Agents Comments...
This property is a rare opportunity in Ruislip. Officially a studio, but its generous proportions allow a separate, closed-off sleeping area with fitted wardrobes creating a dedicated bedroom space, giving the feel of a one-bedroom home. The open-plan reception and modern kitchen make day-to-day living easy and sociable, while the balcony adds outdoor space you rarely get at this price. With plenty of storage, stylish bathroom, and move-in ready condition, it’s perfect for a commuter looking for convenience or an investor seeking strong rental potential. The location next to Ruislip Station also adds huge appeal, giving fast, easy access to Central London. Additional benefits include secure video entry, communal patio and lawn area, utility cupboard and a long lease.
