Sellers Information

Living on Gordon Road is a vibrant and convenient location. As our 9 year old puts it, "I can walk to school, the co-op, the gp, the dentist, chemist, restaurants and shops". For us, we are close to our neighbours, including those across the road. We look out for one another and share in the joy of watching our children grow up. We also have a great relationship with the mechanics at the top of the road. There have been times when they've arranged replacement batteries at short notice and we always use them for the mot and servicing without having to move our cars off the drive: They come to us! We also love a Sunday morning jog down to Leigh cliffs, stopping for a coffee on the way back, walking the dogs to the nearby Belfairs Woods or along the beach, walking to the station in 12 minutes and a leisurely 20 minute walk to explore Leigh Broadway. It certainly has been a difficult decision to move!

Sellers Information - Neighbouring Information And Area Appeal

Neighbouring information - They're lovely. We often meet up with our neighbours next door and across the road. Our children have also grown up with others on the same road and gone to the same school. There have been many play dates and sleep overs for our children over the years. It's special and fortunate to be around people who care and respect one another. Everyone is polite. There is also an old peoples home at the end of our road and we would sometimes stop to talk to the residents that would be popping out for a walk while we were walking the dogs
