Owners insights:
What do you love about your home?
This flat has been a quiet and safe oasis for me for almost a decade. Even though we have Upper Street and Essex Road on either side this flat looks onto a quiet garden and you’d never know the hustle and bustle on either side. As a working professional i’ve always loved how convenient the flat is with an 8 min walk from Angel, a 24hr concierge who sign for post, a gym connected to the building and daily waste collection from your front door. The flat itself is perfect for sharing with two equally sized bedrooms, spaced on either side of the flat so you feel you have some privacy.
Why are you selling?
After over a decade in the flat i’ve just had my first child and thought now would be the time to upsize to a larger property - if I could have stayed in the same complex I would have happily done so.
What do you love about the area?
Great restaurants, lovely shops, deliciously bakeries, a wonderful cinema, loads of busses and transport links, easy access to the city. Honestly it could not be more convenient. I’ve stayed in the area because there is nowhere else in London I would rather live.
