The Property:

‘Hillside’ is set in an elevated position in the ever-popular village of Soberton. The house has been thoughtfully extended by the current owners to optimise the truly wonderful views across the Meon Valley. The property offers a substantial plot and feels very private, without being isolated. The ground floor accommodation comprises an entrance hall, cloakroom, snug/study, utility room, integral garage/gym, sitting room and large open plan kitchen/dining room to the rear. The kitchen also benefits from a fantastic pantry in addition to the excellent storage available. The terrace has been built directly off the kitchen and, especially with the double aspect, feels like an extension of the internal space and enhances the benefit of the gardens and the view.

Stairs rise to the first floor which offers the impressive principal bedroom which benefits from a dressing room, ensuite bathroom and fantastic balcony to make the most of the wonderful views. The second bedroom also enjoys the view and is served by another ensuite shower room. The three further bedrooms are served by the recently and stylishly updated family bathroom. The third floor offers another double room which currently serves perfectly as a home office; the double aspect allowing for lovely natural light and, again, enjoying the spectacular outlook.

Externally, the driveway allows parking for multiple vehicles, and the rear gardens are an excellent balance of lawn, patio and mature shrubs and trees. Ideal for families and keen gardeners alike, Hillside offers a perfect amount of space and an excellent blend of village life and modern convenience.
