Much Wider Than Other Townhouses In Loddon Park, Ideal For Families Seeking Three Double Bedrooms!
Estate Agents View
Offered by Georgina & Sarah at Avocado Property, this beautifully presented wider-than-average three-storey townhouse offers noticeably more space than other similar properties within the development. While the layout mirrors neighbouring homes, the increased width makes a significant difference to everyday living. The kitchen comfortably accommodates a full-sized dining table, and the third bedroom easily fits a double bed, unlike many comparable townhouses where space is limited to a breakfast bar and a single third bedroom, often restricting its use as a guest room or for older children.
The property is positioned on a quiet side street with minimal passing traffic, creating a peaceful setting. Two allocated parking spaces are located conveniently to the side of the house, just a few steps from the front door.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hallway with useful under-stairs storage space and a ground-floor WC. The modern kitchen/diner offers generous worktop space and an abundance of cupboards, making it ideal for both everyday cooking and entertaining. The current owners comfortably accommodate a four-seater dining table. Integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, full-size dishwasher, oven and gas hob.
To the rear, the well-proportioned living room features patio doors opening onto a low-maintenance rear garden with a rear access gate, perfect for outdoor dining and easy upkeep.
The first floor hosts two double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite shower room, alongside a modern family bathroom. Occupying the entire top floor is an impressive main bedroom suite with full floor-to-ceiling height, a large dressing room, en-suite shower room and eaves storage.
This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a spacious modern townhouse with parking, generous bedroom sizes and a quiet yet convenient location, ideal for families, professionals or anyone seeking flexible living space.

Sellers View:
We originally selected the Woodley to move to as we were looking for a nice area to raise a family; Woodley has good schools and local amenities. This estate is well positioned in terms of proximity to Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham and the M4 (we both used to commute to work). There are frequent buses just off the estate, as well as a train station and Park&Ride to Reading really close by.
We really like the estate; being new build it's modern, but has a lot more green and open spaces than other estates we had looked at. Having the nature reserve just off the estate and Dinton Pastures on the doorstep as well as multiple playgrounds is a really good thing (especially with a young family).
We love this house; being a new build (2017) it's modern and well designed, and built to a really good finish. Having 3 floors feels quirky (in a good way), and the house feels generally spacious - more and more living space as you go up, with a wonderful master bedroom on the whole top floor. We've also been particularly impressed with how well insulated the house is; we only use the heating for a couple of months of the year. The road itself is quiet as it's not a main road through the estate, and it's handy having multiple visitor parking spaces on the street. The garden is a nice size too and it gets a lot of sun in the summer, without being overlooked.
