We bought this house five years ago when it was first built, never imagining we would choose a new build, but the moment we walked in to the show home we fell in love with the layout and the sense of space downstairs. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home and where we’ve spent most of our time. The doors opening onto the patio make it perfect for entertaining, connecting the indoors with and the south-facing garden which we’ve designed to make the most of the sunshine - including growing our own apples, pears, plums and nectarines! We also love having the separate lounge for quieter evenings. With wonderful dog walks from the doorstep, plenty of nearby parks and green spaces, and excellent local nurseries and primary schools, we have truly loved living here and will always be grateful for the memories made in this home. Waterside Lane has been the perfect place for us to start and raise our family, and we’re only looking to move as our family grows.
