Building Safety

Conservatory doesn't have a wall between it and the main house (was removed to make it flow better- the other owner, Sue's husband) worked for the firm that originally built the property so he did the work himself on the basis it would be their 'forever home'. Likewise, top storey/loft area doesn't have building sign off but was again done by the original builder. Was done back in the 1980s.
Boundaries- front boundary has been maintained by Susan for the last 61 years. This is from house to pavement. Back boundary- runs from house to the fence at the back, also maintained and used by Susan for 40+ years. There was a housing development built 6-7 years ago just beyond this boundary and never encroached on the land as it was recognised as Sue's. Note- multiple houses have recently sold along this road with the same boundaries therefore it is not an issue but just something that will likely come up in the legals.
