A beautifully presented two-bedroom split-level apartment with its own private section of the rear garden, set on a peaceful one-way street just off Holloway Road.

The property has been refurbished in recent years and is immaculately maintained throughout. The first floor offers an excellent layout, featuring a generous eat-in kitchen with a large sash window overlooking the garden, alongside a spacious reception room with a south-easterly aspect that fills the space with natural light. Ceiling heights of just under 2.7m further enhance the airy, open feel on this level.

On the second floor are two well-proportioned double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

To the rear, the landscaped garden has been designed to be low maintenance, providing a fantastic outdoor space for summer relaxing, barbecues, and entertaining friends.

Ideally located for both amenities and commuting, the property is within easy reach of excellent local shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as superb transport links from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line), with access to King's Cross in approximately 15 - 20 minutes and Finsbury Park 10 - 15 minutes.

Owners insights:

What do you love about your home?

I love our home for how bright, spacious, and easy it is to live in. It’s recently refurbished and has a great outdoor space that we use a lot in the summer, and being at the end of the garden gives it an added sense of privacy. The size and layout work brilliantly too, with a large separate kitchen/diner and high ceilings on the stairs and first floor that make the flat feel really open. The south-facing lounge is a favourite spot, with huge windows that keep it sunny and welcoming all day, and the views are a real highlight- from the back you can see all the way to Alexandra Palace (especially amazing on bonfire night), and from the bathroom window you can even spot the top of The Shard.

Why are you selling?

We have loved our time in London but are now relocating to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area?

The area is fantastic and offers the best of both worlds. Everyday life is really convenient, with both Waitrose and Morrisons just a few minutes away, as well as plenty of great local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Despite being so close to everything, the flat is tucked away on a quiet one-way road, so it feels calm and peaceful at night. Parking is also refreshingly straightforward, with large spaces available on both sides of the road. On top of that, being just five minutes from the Piccadilly line at Holloway Road makes getting anywhere in London quick and easy.
