We’ve loved living here. The location has been perfect for us, with Beverley and Kingswood just a short drive away, giving us access to shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The corner plot has given us plenty of outdoor space, and the driveway has been so convenient for parking multiple cars.

The open-plan living area has been the heart of our home – it’s such a sociable space, and the kitchen has everything we’ve needed, from the central island to the integrated appliances. The laundry room has been a lifesaver for keeping things tidy.

We’ve also appreciated the flexibility of the ground floor. The playroom has been great for the kids, but it’s nice to know it could be used as a snug or even another bedroom if needed. The bathroom on this level is a real treat, too.

Upstairs, the en suite bedrooms have been a real luxury, giving everyone their own space. And the outbuilding in the garden has been brilliant as a gym – it’s fully insulated and has power, so it’s been a really useful addition.
