We have purchased this as our first home and have really loved it here. Shared ownership has been great, it enabled us to get on the ladder, now we will be moving and purchasing something outright. This was the largest flat we saw when we were looking. We love overlooking the park and it is lovely in the warmer months with the doors open or out on the balcony. The flat is sound proofed, so it is very quiet. The secure parking is also a real bonus.
