Vendor Comment: I’ve loved living and working in this beautiful flat over the last five years. The south-facing living room has doubled as my work-from-home office and has been a wonderful place to spend many comfortable hours. Despite being on a quiet road where you can always find a parking spot, it’s also in a brilliant, vibrant location, with easy access to Gloucester Rd, Whiteladies Rd, Redland station, Clifton Downs and much more, which allowed me to build a life in Bristol and make the city truly feel like home. While positive changes in circumstances mean that i’m moving on, i’m also really sad to say goodbye to Glentworth Road.
To mention a few other positives: The garden provides a nice bit of quiet outside space right on the doorstep. Good pubs and restaurants within walking distance: Great roast at the Shakespeare, sunny beer garden at the Cambridge Arms, craft ale at the Good Measure, and amazing restaurants including Michelin starred Wilsons on Chandos Rd. Despite the high ceilings, the living room catches the sun and warms up quickly on a sunny day, while the large radiator does the job if it’s overcast. The freehold is managed by a company formed from the owners, so there isn’t the hassle or cost of an external freehold management company.
