"We’ve lived on Churchlands Road for 6 years and have loved our time here. The house has big rooms for a terraced house and the garden is a real sun trap in the summer. The road has a great community of neighbours, who get together for street parties and Christmas drinks. We also benefit from a small community garden. We’re a short walk to North Street, Wapping Wharf, great Parks, nurseries and schools. It really is a great location to live. "

This charming property boasts a spacious layout and is in excellent condition throughout. On the ground floor, a welcoming separate lounge at the front. Toward the rear, open-plan kitchen and breakfast room featuring a cozy fireplace, doors out to the garden, perfect for cooking and dining. Additionally, there is a separate utility outbuilding at the back provides an additional space for washing and also a large storage cupboard under the stairs.

Upstairs, the property offers two generously sized double bedrooms, complemented by a stylish four-piece bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. The first-floor landing benefits from Velux windows, flooding the space with natural light which is a feature that sets this home apart from many nearby terraces. Outside, the well-kept courtyard garden includes a patio and lawn area, surrounded by planter beds, making it a wonderful space for outdoor gatherings.

Situated in vibrant Bedminster, this home provides easy access to a variety of independent shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants along West Street and North Street.
