I must have driven and walked past this home thousands of times over the years and every single time, i’ve admired it. It sits right in the heart of the village, wonderfully central, yet somehow set back just enough to feel private. There’s parking for plenty of cars and what always stood out to me was the sheer size of the plot, around 0.27 of an acre, which is rare in such a central Binfield position.
Home Meadow really does tick so many boxes for family life. You’re just moments from everything that makes Binfield so desirable, the schools, the village amenities, the sense of community and yet once you step inside, it feels like your own little retreat.
You’re welcomed by a spacious, light-filled hallway that immediately sets the tone. To the right is a very generous living room, dual aspect, flooded with natural light and with French doors opening straight onto the patio. It’s one of those rooms that works just as well for cosy evenings in as it does for entertaining spilling into the garden. Just off here is an additional reception room, ideal as a study if you work from home or a snug room.

This is one of those homes i’ve admired from afar for years and stepping inside, it absolutely lives up to the expectation.
