Seller's comments...
The sunny garden was the first thing we noticed about this house and have spent so much time in the outdoor space since living here. Despite being so close to the school, park, local community centre and a road with bus links, it’s so peaceful and private.
The community in the Crescent feels very safe and is full of families who you feel like you could knock on their doors if you ever need something. Our neighbours even fitted our kitchen and replaced our roof!
Everything in the house is only five years old, from the windows and doors, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, boiler and heating. There’s also much more potential with the garden and internal layout. It’s been a perfect home for our young family.
Agent's comments...
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this well-presented three-bedroom semi-detached home offers generous accommodation, an unusually large garden for a property of this size, and is ideally located close to King's Meadow Primary School.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan lounge/diner, creating a bright and sociable living space, ideal for both everyday family life and entertaining. The kitchen was re-fitted approximately five years ago and provides modern, practical space for cooking and storage. A useful study adds flexibility, perfect for home working or as a playroom.
Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms served by a modern family bathroom. The bathroom, along with the flooring, windows, doors and boiler, were all updated around five years ago, ensuring the home is ready to move into and easy to maintain.
Externally, the standout feature is the unusually large rear garden, offering excellent outdoor space with potential for further landscaping or extension (subject to the usual consents). The property also benefits from a garage and off-road parking.
A well-located and well-maintained home, ideal for families, first-time buyers or anyone seeking a property in good condition in a popular residential setting.
