Fantastic Three Bed Family Home
Owners Comments...
For nearly eight years, Potter Crescent has been our much loved family home. Since moving in during the first phase of the Matthew’s Green development in 2018, we have watched this quiet cul-de-sac blossom into a lovely neighbourhood.
The location is brilliant, with Cantley Park and several nature reserves just a stone’s throw away. Combined with excellent local amenities and being within the catchment for several highly-regarded schools, it really is an ideal setting for many.
One of our favourite features is the south-facing garden. We extended the patio areas to capture the best of the sunshine, creating the perfect spot for summer entertaining while still keeping plenty of lawn for the children to play. While we are sad to leave, we are excited for the next owners to move in and begin creating their own lifelong memories here.

Say hello to this fantastic house that ticks all the boxes and then some! This brilliant three bed home is a stylish semi-detached home with a great finish throughout, offering space, light and a layout that just works for modern living.
Step inside and you’re welcomed by a big hallway that instantly sets the tone for the space on offer. To the front, the lounge is a real showstopper, a really big room made even brighter by a massive bay window at the front, flooding the space with natural light and giving it serious kerb appeal from the outside too. Across the back, the property flows beautifully with a really open planned feel. The lounge connects seamlessly into the dining space, which then leads into the kitchen on the side - perfect for entertaining and family life. Practicality hasn’t been forgotten either, with a downstairs cloakroom and storage adding that all important convenience.
Upstairs you’ll find three double bedrooms, giving everyone their own generous space. The two larger rooms both benefit from built-in wardrobes, and the main bedroom enjoys its own en-suite. There’s also a well-appointed family bathroom to serve the rest of the home.
Outside, the property continues to impress with driveway parking and a car port to the front, making everyday life that little bit easier.
All in all, this is a fantastic house and fantastic house that offers space, style and flexibility - ready for you to move in and make it your own.
