Garden Cottage is an attractive and thoughtfully extended stone-built home, offering well-balanced family accommodation, generous gardens and ample private parking.

The property is approached via a welcoming entrance porch, opening into a charming sitting room featuring bespoke alcove shelving and a log-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting focal point. To the rear, the impressive kitchen/dining room is fitted with shaker-style cabinetry and stone work surfaces, combining character with practicality. A well-appointed utility room provides additional storage, an integrated cooker and direct access to the outside. From the dining area, double doors open onto the terrace, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living and flowing naturally into a superb triple-aspect family room. This light-filled space also benefits from double doors leading directly onto the garden.

The accommodation comprises three well-proportioned double bedrooms, served by a stylish family bathroom. The principal bedroom enjoys the advantage of a contemporary en suite shower room.

Externally, the level gardens are predominantly laid to lawn with a paved terrace ideal for entertaining, all enjoying open views across the surrounding countryside. A gravelled driveway, positioned behind timber gates, provides parking for several vehicles.
