From the Sellers:
We chose to buy this cottage as our first home as we thought it was the perfect place to start a family, which we did. The location of this house is perfect and is within walking distance of every facility that Sandy provides. Plus, if you need to go further, the station or bus stop at Tesco is just a stone’s throw away.
We chose well as you can see the mill fields from the second bedroom window instead of just houses. The river Ivel is just at the bottom of the road and provides beautiful quiet walks through a nature reserve with a park nearby in Beeston.
From the main bedroom, look past the station and you can view the Sandhills and rspb. Both lovely local walks. Location really is key for this property.
