About this property
"The community on Churchlands Road is fantastic and was such a pleasant surprise when we first moved in. All of the neighbours are friendly and supportive and really come together to make a lovely environment. We regularly get together, whether for drinks at each others' houses at Christmas or for BBQs in the summer. There is even a community garden at the end of the street that people volunteer to maintain, including a nature pond teeming with frogs. We've made real friends on the road."
The home
A well-presented two-bedroom home in the heart of Bedminster located just off West Street. A unique quality of this home is its size, the house is larger than your typical two-bedroom Victorian terrace and this house benefits from being end of terrace meaning there is only one neighbour attached. As you make your way through the home you can get a sense that the rooms are wider and longer than your typical home found in The Chessels, at the front of the home is the living room with a feature fireplace and original floorboards, towards the rear we have the large dining space with a log burner and French doors leading out to the garden. This room flows into the kitchen which has a range cooker. Off the kitchen there is a utility room and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with the master at the front and the second bedroom overlooking the garden. At the back of the house is large bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk in shower.
Outside space
A lovely garden space with a lawn followed by a decked seating area. It’s a peaceful space which is perfect for hosting friends and family in the summer months
