The Property
There is a lot to fall in love with when viewing this upgraded home that has three double bedrooms. Our favourite is the kitchen/breakfast room that's got everything you would want for cooking. It's also perfect for entertaining as bi-fold doors open the kitchen up to the lovely garden which has a Mediterranean feel to it.
Ground Floor
There is an entrance hall that has stairs to the upper floors plus there are doors to the two rooms on this floor as well as the downstairs toilet. The 12'6 x 12'4 dining room has space for seating as well as a dining table and chairs.
The upgraded kitchen/breakfast room has a central island with a breakfast bar, power points and an induction hob with a stainless steel hood above. There is space for a washing machine and there are the following integrated appliances: Dishwasher, fridge/freezer and double oven. As mentioned already, the majority of one of the walls can be opened up to the garden with bi-fold doors.
First Floor
Here there is the second bedroom that measures 12'3 x 8'11 and the 16'1 x 12'4 living room that has double doors that open to a Juliet balcony.
Second Floor
On this floor is the bathroom and the 12'4 (max) x 8'10 (max) third bedroom which has a built-in wardrobe. There is also the 12'4 (max) x 9'1 (max) main bedroom that has an upgraded en-suite shower room.
General and Outside
The home is warmed by gas central heating and has double glazing. There is a single 17'11 x 9'1 garage with parking for one vehicle in front (garage is en-bloc and therefore not attached to the property plus it does not have power or lighting).
A final point is the lovely garden that was mentioned at the start. It has also been upgraded by the owners and we feel it has a Mediterranean feel. There are areas of patio and lawn with spaces for a barbecue and seating making it perfect for entertaining plus there is curved wall with lighting above as well as seating and recessed planting that current has a small bushes to include a rose.
Walton Cardiff is a popular area on the outskirts of Tewkesbury with amenities within reach. For the commuter, the M5 is within reach, as are Gloucester and Cheltenham.
