Attractive detached home in A sought-after location
Summary:
This detached three-bedroom home is situated in a quiet head-of-cul-de-sac position on Rowan Avenue, a popular development on the edge of Beverley. With easy access to local amenities and excellent road links, this property offers a spacious and well-planned layout, including an open-plan living and dining area, a conservatory, and a low-maintenance rear garden. Perfect for a variety of buyers, this home is ready to move into and enjoy.
Our Thoughts:
This property is a great example of a modern family home in a fantastic location. The layout is practical and flows really well, starting with the entrance hall that leads into the open-plan living and dining area. The space feels bright and airy, with patio doors opening into the conservatory, which adds a lovely extra reception area. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of storage and some integrated appliances, and the ground floor WC is a handy addition.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms are all a good size, with the main bedroom benefiting from fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The house bathroom is modern and well-maintained, completing the first floor.
Outside, the property has a neat lawned frontage and a side driveway that leads through double gates to a detached garage. The rear garden is designed for low maintenance, with a patio area and artificial turf, and it’s nice and private as it isn’t overlooked from the back.
This home is in a great spot, with easy access to Beverley’s shops, schools, and transport links. It’s a property that will appeal to a wide range of buyers, from families to downsizers, and it’s definitely worth a closer look.
Owners Thoughts:
We’ve really enjoyed living here. The location has been ideal for us, with everything we need close by, but it’s also nice and peaceful being at the end of the cul-de-sac. The open-plan living and dining area has been great for family time and entertaining, and the conservatory is a lovely space to relax in.
The kitchen has plenty of storage, and having the extra WC downstairs has been really useful. Upstairs, the bedrooms are all a good size, and we’ve appreciated having the en suite in the main bedroom.
The garden has been perfect for us – it’s easy to look after, and we’ve spent many sunny days out on the patio. The driveway and garage have also been really convenient, giving us plenty of parking and storage space.
We’re sure the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.

What Contract Ready Means for You - the Buyer
When a seller is Contract Ready, it means all the key legal documents are prepared before a sale is agreed, so everything’s ready to go as soon as the offer is accepted, with no cost to you.
This includes:
• Proof of ownership and authority to sell
• Seller’s Property Information Forms (TA6, TA10)
• Draft contract of sale
Your solicitor usually receives the full legal pack within 48 hours, so they can get to work immediately.
How this helps you:
• Reduces the number of enquiries going back and forth
• Smoother and potentially quicker sale
• Lowers the risk of the sale falling through
