What the Owner Loves
We have loved living in this beautifully designed, high-specification home. Being part of a newly built development means every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the quality finishes to the modern layout, creating a space that feels both stylish and comfortable.
The dual south and east aspects bring in wonderful natural light throughout the day. Mornings are particularly bright and uplifting, and the flat remains airy and welcoming all year round.
The location has been exceptional for us. From the communal garden entrance it is just a one-minute walk to Acton Town Station, giving incredibly convenient access to Central London and Heathrow via the Piccadilly Line. The line will introduce a fantastic new fleet of air-conditioned trains from Autumn 2026, making commuting even more comfortable.
Uniquely for the Acton, Ealing and Chiswick area, the property also benefits from a very large gated, dedicated parking space with an electric vehicle charging point. It is something we have found incredibly convenient and increasingly valuable.
The Acton Gardens development itself has a wonderful sense of community, with landscaped communal gardens and a nearby children’s playground. At the same time, you are surrounded by leafy streets and within easy reach of Chiswick High Road, Churchfield Road and Gunnersbury Park.
Why We’d Buy It
Space, light and practicality. Three things London buyers are constantly searching for, and this flat delivers all three.
At just over 1,000 sq ft, the apartment offers genuinely generous lateral living. The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining and reception room, measuring over 20 feet wide, creating a sociable and flexible space that works equally well for everyday living or entertaining. Doors open onto the balcony, extending the living space outdoors.
The layout also works extremely well. The principal bedroom with en-suite is positioned away from the other bedrooms, offering privacy, while the additional two bedrooms provide flexibility for guests, children or a home office. There is also excellent built-in storage and a separate utility cupboard, which is something buyers often struggle to find in modern apartments.
The parking space is another standout feature. Secure, allocated and unusually large, it also includes an EV charging point, an increasingly valuable asset in London developments.
Then there is the location. Acton Town Station is just moments away, connecting you directly to Heathrow and Central London via the Piccadilly and District lines. At the same time, you are within walking distance of Chiswick High Road, Churchfield Road and Gunnersbury Park, offering the best of West London living on your doorstep.
Modern, efficient and incredibly well connected. A home that simply makes London life easier.
