Love love love this home. The vendors live here with 3 children and have adapted the space to make it work perfectly for a family. There are some well thought out storage options as well as an extended living space to accommodate all the family.

This is a very popular development in Rainworth close to amenities and the Joseph Whitaker School. This really could be your forever home.

The house is situated on a closed off section so the only through traffic is for the 2 houses to the right of the property. There are also a number of green space/play areas on the development.

Let's take a look around the property.

Entrance Hallway:

A good sized hallway which is split in the middle by the stairs and leads you to the left or right of the house. There is some clever inbuilt storage under the stairs meaning that all coats and shoes can be kept out of sight (watch the video).

Downstairs w.c:

With w.c, sink and towel radiator

Kitchen/Diner:

A great space for cooking and family meals. There is a breakfast bar, great for quick eating options or friends/family sitting with a drink whilst you cook. The kitchen space has an integrated double fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, plate warmer and induction hob with extractor fan. The kitchen directly opens up into a dining area with a large window letting in lots of light. There is more clever storage in this space but can be removed if not needed. There are double doors from the kitchen into the rear garden.

The kitchen flows through into a utility space with integrated freezer, combi boiler (serviced in May 2025) and storage cupboards (the washing machine is in a separate utility area in the garage, however plumbing is still there to move back into the inside utility).

Extension:

Originally the house would have ended at the utility but the vendors have added on a spacious extension which really does set this house apart. There is plenty of room for seating, panoramic views out to the garden and a ceiling lantern window letting in lots of natural light, as well as underfloor heating.

Living room:

This room can be accessed through sliding doors from the extension or from back in the hallway. It is a large room as the vendors have opened up what would originally have been an office/playroom at the front. Depending on requirements this could easily be shut back off with a stud wall/pocket doors to create a separate space. For now though it works great as a space for the children without them being shut away.

Upstairs at the property the space and quality continues.

Master Bedroom suite:

A large enough room to accommodate a super king size bed with lots of light comes in through the front aspect window (with blinds). There are built in wardrobes maximising space, carpet to floor and radiator.

En-suite:

A modern shower room with w.c and sink.

What is great about this property is the 3 further bedrooms are all a similar size so perfect for preventing arguments as to who has which.

Bedroom 2:

At the rear of the property next to the master, a double bedroom with room for wardrobes, carpet to floor and radiator.

Bedroom 3:

Across the landing next to the bathroom is another double bedroom with rear aspect, carpet to floor and radiator.

Bedroom 4:

The 4th double bedroom with front aspect, carpet to floor, radiator.

Family bathroom:

A modern bathroom with bath & hand shower, sink. W.c and towel radiator.

Outside:

The property has a double driveway on the left hand side with access to the rear garden. Even with the extension the garden is still a good size. There is a lawn area, raised decking at the rear with room for seating and storage, outside tap.

The garage has been partially converted with storage at the front and at the rear a usable space for a utility/office or business.
