The neighbours are lovely and the neighbourhood very friendly and peaceful.

The garden was a huge attraction for us and we simply love a summers day where the garden comes into its own as a real sun trap, all day long. The conservatory is a great bonus room which we use as an office where we can enjoy the garden at the same time!

We have loved living in this home but it’s time to move on to our next adventure. We fell in love with everything about this house! We love how close it is to the centre of the village, the schools, local schools walks and most importantly little Tesco!
Having lived here for over 13 years, we’ve raised both our children in this home and the convenience of location has meant that as they’ve grown up, they have a lot more independence than we could ever have imagined.

Homes on this road don't tend to come up too often much like our sellers have been for 13 years and that's because it's such a good location with so much on your doorstep. Our sellers have perfectly summed why this is an excellent location and neighbourhood. If you are looking for a well looked after, three bedroom home with potential to extend (STP) then this is not one to miss out on.

At the front of this home you have a bright and airy entrance hall with an enclosed porch. This then leads around into the open lounge and dining space. What we love about this room is how light it is with the huge window at the front. You've got solid flooring running throughout downstairs and the benefit of a conservatory which we think is a perfect extra entertaining room overlooking the garden. To the back, you will find the kitchen with plenty of storage but also lends itself typically well for knocking through to create an open plan kitchen diner.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and not only is it a fantastic size but it also has a huge window letting in plenty of natural light which is a theme throughout with the landing being when you can really notice. The third bedroom is a good size single with a built in bed, but the separate toilet and bathroom just across the landing has been opened up into one and refitted with a four piece bathroom.

The rear garden is a great size and very private as you can see with it backing onto Oaklands School. Whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the tandem length garage. Whilst the house is ready to move into, it does offer great potential to extend and add value meaning this could be a longer term family home for someone looking to turn it into a four bedroom home by either extending over the garage or into the loft which is already boarded. Butler Road is a superb location sitting between Ellis and Greenwood Road. The home sits less than a 5 minute walk from a parade of shops on Greenwood Road that includes a Tesco, hair salon, an Indian restaurant and a couple of other independent businesses. Further on from there and around a 15 minute walk you have the main Crowthorne High Street with two supermarkets and loads of other amenities. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices, just a short 5 minute walk in one direction to Heath Lake Park with its fantastic wildlife, and in the other you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy. If you're commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away whilst still being within easy reach of both the M3 and M4 motorways. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School but also is just a few minutes walk from Oaklands Primary School.
