Owner’s Insight
This has been a really happy home for us. Downstairs, the kitchen and dining areas have been at the heart of our home, where we’ve cooked, eaten, and spent time with friends and family. We now have a completely new kitchen, ready for the next owners to enjoy and make their own memories. The living area flows naturally from the kitchen, creating a warm, inviting space where we could curl up on the sofa or host gatherings. The snug has been our home office as well as a peaceful spot for study or yoga, offering a quiet corner whenever we needed it.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are well.proportioned and versatile, ideal for family, guests, or working from home. We’ve just added a modern ensuite, ready for the next owners to enjoy from day one. It’s been wonderful to have space to spread out and enjoy the home in different ways.
The location is very convenient we can walk to our favourite restaurants, like Bagatti’s Italian and boxpark Croydon, and enjoy local cafés and shops. Weekends often include walks or tennis at Lloyd Park or Park Hill Recreation Ground and there’s always something going on nearby, with places like Fairfield Halls hosting comedy nights, music, and theatre. Travel has also been a big draw East Croydon station connects quickly to Central London, St Pancras International is just over half an hour away for longer trips, and Gatwick Airport is nearby, while always being easy to come back home.
It’s been a lovely home for us, and we hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.
