In The Owners Own Words:
We purchased the property because it felt unique compared with other apartments, particularly due to how quiet and peaceful the setting is and the beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding the development.
It is a spacious two-floor maisonette with high ceilings and large windows, making it very bright and airy. The layout works particularly well, with two generously sized double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features a raised mezzanine bed space, which makes excellent use of the ceiling height. The master bedroom also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe.
A standout feature is that the property forms part of a turret with an octagonal shape, giving it a distinctive character and providing 360-degree views over the landscaped grounds. Despite being part of a larger building, the living spaces do not share walls with neighbouring properties, so it feels almost detached and remains extremely quiet with virtually no noise from neighbours.
The property has hardwood maple flooring throughout and benefits from a large personal external storage room just outside the front door, ideal for bikes or additional storage. There is also allocated parking and access to the large shared gardens.
