Tenure

Lodge 28 is held on a 70 year licence from 2004. The annual service charge for 2026 (1st January to 31st December) is £6900 inc VAT, covering maintenance of the grounds, leisure facilities, grass cutting within lodge plots, park lighting and ground rent. Local authority South Hams District Council. Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE. Tel: Council tax does not apply, instead the lodges are responsible for a share of the rates associated with the park which we are advised currently amount to £60 per annum.

Services Mains water, drainage and electricity. Lpg gas fired central heating. All services are metered and billed separately by the Park on a quarterly basis.
