Modern end-terrace townhouse with stylish finishes and two parking bays

Summary
This beautifully presented three-bedroom townhouse is located in the sought-after flemingate area of Beverley, offering a perfect blend of modern living and convenience. With its open-plan living space, two bathrooms, and a south facing rear garden, this property is ideal for those looking for a home that’s ready to move into. Benefitting from two side-by-side parking bays and no onward chain, it’s a fantastic opportunity for a hassle-free purchase.

Our Thoughts
This property really stands out for its thoughtful design and stylish presentation. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is a real highlight, with its modern units, integrated appliances, and french doors that open onto the rear garden. The oak staircase adds a touch of elegance, leading to a versatile first-floor lounge that could easily be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. The double bedroom on this floor comes with fitted wardrobes, and the house bathroom is finished to a high standard.

The top floor offers two further bedrooms and an additional bathroom, making it perfect for families or those needing extra space. Outside, the landscaped garden is low-maintenance yet attractive, with gated access leading to the two parking bays – a rare feature for this type of property. Its location is another big plus, being just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options at Flemingate, with Beverley town centre also within easy reach.

Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of care into making this house a home. The open-plan layout on the ground floor has been perfect for entertaining and spending time as a family, and the french doors to the garden make it feel bright and airy. The oak staircases were one of the features that we added – they add a real sense of quality to the home.

The location has been fantastic for us. Having Flemingate so close by has been incredibly convenient, whether it’s for a quick coffee, a meal out, or a trip to the cinema. The two parking bays have been a real bonus, especially when friends or family come to visit. We’re only moving because of a change in circumstances, but we’re confident the next owners will love it here as much as we have.
