Immaculate Detached Bungalow in a Quiet Cul-de-Sac
Summary:
This beautifully presented detached true bungalow is tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac on Queensway in Woodmansey. With a spacious layout, a south-facing garden, and a high standard of finish throughout, this property offers comfortable, single-storey living with plenty of added extras. Highlights include a large lounge with French doors, a modern dining kitchen with a walk-in pantry, two double bedrooms, and a luxurious four-piece bathroom. Outside, there’s ample driveway parking, a single garage, and a private, landscaped garden.
Our Thoughts:
This is a property that really stands out for all the right reasons. It’s clear that the current owners have taken great care to maintain and improve the bungalow, and it shows in every room. The lounge is a fantastic size and feels bright and airy, especially with the French doors leading out to the south-facing garden. The dining kitchen is another highlight, with a smart, modern finish and the added bonus of a walk-in pantry for extra storage.
The two double bedrooms are both well-proportioned, and the bathroom is a real showstopper with its four-piece suite, including a separate shower and bath. Outside, the garden is a real treat – it’s private, well-landscaped, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The driveway and garage provide plenty of parking, and the generous loft space offers potential for further development, subject to the necessary permissions.
Owners Thoughts:
We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of thought into making the bungalow a comfortable and welcoming home. The location is fantastic – it’s so peaceful at the end of the cul-de-sac, and the neighbours are lovely. The south-facing garden has been a real joy, especially in the summer, and we’ve spent many happy hours out there.
The layout of the bungalow works really well, with plenty of space in the lounge and the dining kitchen. The walk-in pantry has been a great addition for keeping everything organised. We’ve also been really pleased with the bathroom – it’s a lovely space to relax in. The loft space is a great feature too, and we’ve always thought it could be developed further if someone wanted to.
Please Note: The property previously had 3 bedrooms, and a utility room, the internal walls were changed to create a large bathroom and a large kitchen/diner. The modified walls are of timber construction.
