Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
Tattenhall is a village that can only be admired and only ever seems to grow in popularity. This lovely townhouse has the advantage of being in the very heart of the village with all amenities accessible on foot. But for those with a car, there are two spaces, so all options are covered.
With internal space of just over 960 square feet, this house represents excellent value for money. The current owners have both worked hard and invested money to make this an impeccable home which can be moved into and enjoyed on day one.
The space is spread over three floors. There is great storage throughout with all bedrooms having fitted furniture. And with a ground floor shower room, en suite shower room and well sized main family bathroom, this is a home that matches bedrooms and bathrooms really well.
The main living space is an open plan living dining room and next to this is the kitchen. The rear garden is a small courtyard and the current owners have done an excellent job in making the most of all that is here with really excellent design and furnishing ideas.
