De Vitre Green, Wokingham

Sellers View ...

We moved to De Vitre Green six weeks before our second child was due and since then we have renovated it from top to bottom to make it into a family home we are proud of. We have added a fourth bedroom and en-suite upstairs and turned downstairs in to a sociable living space, perfect for raising children and now teenagers.

This house comes into its own in the summer when you can throw open the patio doors and enjoy warm evenings outside with a bbq. There’s also a sun trap at the top of the garden to get the last of the evening sun.

The immediate neighbours are friendly and welcoming and have been here since the road was built, we have also come to know almost everyone in the road by name.

We are honestly sad to be leaving De Vitre Green, and we will treasure the time we have spent here as a family and the work we have put in to the house.
