Since buying our house in Vauxhall Drive over 40 years ago we have so many happy memories of living and raising our family there. The house is light and airy with the benefit of a large south facing garden with a brick built workshop at the bottom. It was always in a perfect location for all our needs, excellent nurseries, primary school and secondary school for the children. The precinct is in walking distance with supermarkets, a wonderful library, cafés and coffee shops. Dinton Pastures and many local parks are on your doorstep as well for dog walking, exercise and general well being. The area has an excellent bus service into Reading town centre and also a service to The Royal Berkshire Hospital. Vauxhall Drive has easy access to the M4 and A4.

Our sellers have perfectly summed up why this house has been such an ideal family home for them for over 40 years. It really does have so much to offer with great room sizes both upstairs and downstairs. From the outside it can be deceiving but homes in this location and with this accommodation are very sought after and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to for something that can be made their own with the benefit of no chain.

This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been popular with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. To the front you have an entrance hallway that gives you access into a spacious and bright living and dining area where you also have some storage space under the stairs. The kitchen to the back is separate and has plenty of cupboard space but gives a real opportunity to knock through to create the desired open plan kitchen. The conservatory is a great extra addition to the home as it benefits from the sunlight from the south facing garden.
