We have loved living here since 1989 and enjoyed easy access to shops (Frimley, Farm Road, Texaco garage). Our children were able to walk to schools (often via back alleys etc) and the Grove Park was always handy for play or a game of football. We loved the generous size of all 4 bedrooms...Great for 3 children as they grew and now very handy for accommodating grandchildren to stay!
We have had lovely neighbours who have also been here a long time and the solid walls of our house have made it feel like a detached.

If it's convenience one is after, then Latham Avenue is a great option for you! Walking distance to The Grove, Ravenscote, St Augustines and Tomlinscote schools, with other excellent amenities on your doorstep including the local play park just around the corner as well as Frimley Fuel Allotments which is perfect for getting outdoors!
Area Comments:
Frimley is located within 30 miles from central London with excellent transport links nearby, including junction 4 of the M3 just a few minutes drive away, and the mainline train stations of Farnborough and Brookwood providing quick access into central London. There are a wealth of local amenities on hand; however, Camberley town centre is also located just a 10 minute drive away. For schooling, there are outstanding local schools catering for all ages of education, most of which are within walking distance of Latham Avenue.
