Owner’s Insights
What do you love about your home?
The light that comes through the large windows is something i’ve always loved, and the high ceilings make the flat feel incredibly spacious. The room sizes are also very generous. Being two storeys above the road gives it a lovely outlook, and there is a real sense of community between the six flats in the building. We meet regularly to discuss residents’ matters, and the communal areas are always kept very clean and tidy.
Why are you selling?
The time has come where I need to be closer to my family.
What do you love about the area?
The transport links are excellent, the neighbourhood is very friendly and has a great community feel, and there are great local amenities close by.
