There’s also a really nice community feel in the development, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of my favourite things has been being so close to the lake and the woods. I love nature and it’s perfect for a run, a cycle, or just a walk to clear your head. It’s surprisingly convenient too, with the M3 just nearby, so getting around is straightforward. It’s been a really easy, comfortable place to live.

There are a good choice of local schools within a short distance also.
The area offers a lovely range of outside open spaces, woodland and parks, many of which are also just a few minutes from the property.
