In The Owners Own Words:
When I first visited this property, I knew instantly it was the home I wanted for the next few years. It offers well-proportioned bedrooms, a great living space, and ample storage throughout the flat. I’ve particularly enjoyed how, whenever the sun is out, the apartment is filled with natural light.
The location has been ideal—i’ve loved being able to head straight out into the quiet countryside past Wolvercote or along the canal, while still being within easy walking distance of Summertown and the city centre for work. One of my favourite aspects has been the views, from watching the stars—and even the northern lights—from our window to enjoying the annual firework displays.
The garage has been very convenient for securely storing my bike without needing to take it upstairs, and the lift has made bringing up shopping effortless. The property also benefits from a secure entry system, allowing guests to be let in without needing to go downstairs. The transport links are excellent too—my husband could easily access the ring road for work, and I could get into town just as easily by bus, bike, or a pleasant walk along the canal.
I’ve truly loved living here and will be sad to leave. I hope the next owner enjoys this home just as much as I have.
