The holiday lodge is beautifully presented and has been very well maintained by the current owners who have undertaken several improvements which have included a new decking and gas combi boiler in recent years. The open plan reception area is light and airy, giving access to a sunny decked veranda which is perfect for barbeques and alfresco dining. Both double bedrooms are well proportioned and have ensuite bathrooms while the master bedroom has lovely countryside views and bedroom two has the benefit of an additional dressing area. In addition, the lodges are very popular with holiday makers and enjoy strong rentals. There is an on-site private owners lounge with kitchen, shared office space, Yoga Studio and Gym along with a BBQ Terrace.
The lodge can be used for 11 months of the year and must be vacated from mid January to mid February.
Salcombe Retreat is ideally situated between Salcombe and Hope Cove, both of which offer a wide variety of activities for a busy family, or those enjoying a few peaceful days away.
