Modern End Terrace With Driveway, Garage & Further Potential

Agent Comments

This is a modern end terrace home set on a really popular development, with everything you need close by. You’ve got easy access to local shops, schools and some great countryside walks, as well as straightforward transport links and a short drive into Stalham for a wider range of amenities.

The house itself has been really practical for day-to-day living, with a downstairs WC and two good-sized bedrooms upstairs. It’s a comfortable, low-maintenance home that’s easy to look after and ready to move straight into.

Outside, there’s driveway parking, a garage and an enclosed rear garden, ideal if you want a bit of outdoor space without too much upkeep.

There’s also some great potential here if you wanted to add more space in the future. The garage could be adapted into additional accommodation thanks to the internal access from the kitchen, and the loft has already been boarded, carpeted and has power, lighting and Velux windows in place, so it could be converted into another room with the addition of a staircase.

Overall, it’s been a really easy home to live in, offering a great balance of space, convenience and potential.

Vendor Comments

One of the main things that drew me to the property was the location. Being so close to the Broads has been a real highlight, with plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy the surrounding countryside and waterways.

It’s also been really convenient day to day, with a bus stop nearby and easy access to local amenities, schools and everything you need close by.

Norfolk has always had a special appeal, and i’ve always said I wanted to “make old bones” here - it’s a lovely place to settle, with a great pace of life and a strong sense of community.

It’s been a home i’ve really enjoyed, both for its location and the lifestyle it offers.
