It's one of only three homes in a building that reimagines a former historic site through adaptive reuse, earning a BREEAM Excellent rating in the process. The building is unique, with aluminium mesh cladding and Japanese shou-sugi-ban charred timber shifting from inky black to shimmering silver-grey depending on the light. I loved this flat the moment I saw it, and that hasn't changed.
