An attractive and deceptively spacious four-bedroom chalet bungalow, ideally positioned on the highly desirable Northease Drive in Hove. This well-presented home offers versatile accommodation arranged over two floors, perfectly suited to modern family living.

The ground floor comprises a generous and light-filled reception room, creating an ideal space for both everyday living and entertaining. A well-appointed kitchen provides storage and worktop space, with scope for further enhancement if desired. Two good-sized bedrooms are located on this level, along with a family bathroom, offering excellent flexibility for those seeking ground floor living.

To the first floor, the property features two further bedrooms, both well-proportioned and offering a sense of privacy, making them ideal for children, guests, or home working. A modern shower room serves this floor, adding further convenience and practicality.

Externally, the property benefits from a substantial rear garden, mainly laid to lawn with patio areas, providing an excellent setting for outdoor dining and family enjoyment. The garden offers plenty of potential for landscaping and creates a wonderful sense of space and seclusion.

Further benefits include scope to extend at the back (stncs), off-street parking, a quiet residential setting, and easy access to local amenities, highly regarded schools, and excellent transport links into Brighton & Hove city centre. The location is particularly sought after, falling within the catchment area for well-regarded local schools and providing easy access to the A27. Local amenities.

What the owner says....

I've been living here since May 2018. I love that there is plenty of natural light and spacious rooms. In terms of location, I love the school proximity, it made it easy when my son first started walking to school on his own, lovely neighbours and community, close to the Downs and green spaces, ideal if you have dogs or just like going for walks. A large supermarket and smaller shops are nearby. Well served by public transports. I love living here and I wouldn't move if I didn't have to!

Early viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the space, flexibility, and superb location this property has to offer
