What a location! As the (lovely!) road name would suggest, Mayflower Meadow is surrounded by fields, sang land and plenty of open green space - it's actually one of the reasons the current owners chose this place to call home when it was built in 2022.

The house itself is over 1700sqft and you're welcomed inside to a lovely big entrance hall with plenty of storage and a downstairs loo. Mayflower Meadow is right on the border of Three Mile Cross and Spencers Wood village which offers the perfect lifestyle balance. Rural living but surrounded by traditional pubs and countryside with Reading nearby too. Spencers Wood has local amenities including a post office, convenience store and the recently reopened Swan Pub just a short walk away and you're not too far from either Shinfield and Lower Earley offering further amenities and pubs. You are also really well connected from here with access to junction 11 of the M4 within a few minutes, bus links into Reading and Wokingham and the Green Park Railway link making commuting into London even easier.
