Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?

i’ve loved living in the garden flat at 21 Aldebert Terrace, it’s a hideaway in central London. Perfectly located to access everything you need, but the lower ground access, the garden and sleepy quiet of the street, have always brought a real sense of calm.

Why are you selling?
Reluctantly we are selling due to long-term hospitalisation.

What do you love about the area?
I love the access into town. The flat is in a conservation area so it’s feels immediately safe and quiet, but it’s a mere 10mins cycle from Westminster, or Brixton, or Clapham, and< 10min walk to Vauxhall Rail station, Oval, Kennington, so has excellent links into the hub of London and also out of town. The Canton Arms is a truly brilliant local pub; their Haggis Toastie is favourite. Little Portugal is the place to find the best Pastel de Nata.
