Two Bedrooms
A deceptively spacious and beautifully presented mid-terrace period home, located within the sought-after Middle Street Conservation Area, just a short walk from the beach and town centre.
Set in the heart of Deal, this charming property offers bright and versatile accommodation arranged over four floors. Tastefully decorated throughout, it combines original period features, such as sash windows and an elegant hanging bay, with modern comforts, creating an ideal full-time residence or coastal retreat.
The property opens into a welcoming dining room, featuring part-panelled walls, original floorboards, and an exposed brick chimney breast, all of which showcase its character and warmth. From here, a doorway leads into the well-appointed kitchen, fitted with shaker-style units, wooden worktops, and a butler sink. There is also useful built-in storage and direct access to the rear courtyard.
A staircase from the kitchen descends to a versatile basement room, currently used as a cosy cinema snug. A further staircase rises to the first floor landing, where the front-facing sitting room enjoys a charming bay window and feature fireplace, creating a bright and spacious living area. This room could also serve as an additional bedroom if required. The generous family bathroom is also located on this floor and benefits from a full-height sash window overlooking the courtyard.
The top floor comprises two well-proportioned double bedrooms, one of which includes built-in storage. A cupboard on the landing houses the gas-fired combi boiler.

We use a specialist third-party company to carry out these checks. Location Summary
Deal is a town situated in Kent, which lies on the English Channel, eight miles north-east of Dover and eight miles south of Ramsgate. This former fishing and mining town became a 'limb port' of the Cinque Ports in 1278 and grew into the busiest port in England. In 1968, “Middle Street” was the first Conservation Area in Kent, its quaint streets and houses a reminder of its history along with many ancient buildings and monuments including, most notably, Deal and Walmer Castles. Today it is a seaside resort with its award-winning High Street, high-speed train Links to St Pancras and independent shops. An array of cafes and pubs sit along the picturesque seafront that is home to a sweeping pier.
