Description
Fieldside House is a well-proportioned and attractively appointed detached house, that features elegant accommodation with stylish contemporary fittings, comprising six bedrooms and four airy, comfortable reception rooms in total.

On the ground floor, the impressive reception hall has a central staircase and Karndean flooring, as well as doors to the main living and entertaining areas. These include the main formal reception, with a bay window, fireplace and chandelier light fittings. Double doors connect to the formal dining room at the rear, which in turn opens to the gardens via French doors. The ground floor also offers a study for private home working, while at the rear the open-plan kitchen and breakfast room provides additional relaxed everyday living space. There are further French doors to the rear patio, as well as space for a breakfast table for informal dining, with the kitchen itself featuring fitted units to base and wall level, a central island and integrated appliances. The adjoining utility room provides further space for storage and appliances.

Upstairs, the galleried landing has a Juliet balcony and leads to four well-appointed double bedrooms, including the luxury principal bedroom with its walk-in wardrobe, which has built-in storage, and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. Two further first-floor bedrooms are en suite, with the landing also leading to a large family bathroom with floor-to-ceiling tiling, a freestanding bathtub and a large shower unit. The staircase continues to the second floor and an additional two double bedrooms and WC.

At the front of the home, dual five-bar wooden gates open to the paved driveway, which provides ample parking space and access to the integrated double garage for covered parking.
The gardens at the front have an area of lawn and several trees lining the drive, as well as established border hedgerows, while at the rear there are further gardens, including a patio for al fresco dining and a lawn beyond, backing on to south west open fields.
