We have thoroughly enjoyed living in this property and we will cherish the memories we’ve made as a family here. The quality of the new build finish was a draw for us and it has led to a really comfortable living throughout the last 7 years.

We’ve found the development to be quiet and safe with a friendly neighbourhood which has been perfect for us.

The location has been a real highlight. Having young children, it has been brilliant being close to a choice of well regarded schools as well as in walking distance from lots of open green space - creating easy outdoor entertainment on many occasion!

We’ll be sad to leave but know it will become a wonderful home for another owner.

Area Comments...
The Ridings is located on the far western side of Tilehurst, right next to Sulham Woods - one of the area’s best spots for long walks, fresh air and open countryside. There are local play parks nearby and easy access into Tilehurst village for shops, cafés and everyday amenities. Families are also well served by good local schools including Birch Copse and Park Lane, making this a really appealing place to settle down.

For us, the kitchen and family space at the back is the standout. The bi-fold doors, stone worktops and underfloor heating make it feel like a really modern and comfortable space to spend time in, whether that’s day-to-day living or entertaining friends and family. The garden is another highlight, especially the raised seating area which catches the sun all day - it’s the kind of spot you can imagine spending a lot of time in during the summer months. All the rooms and great sizes, and the development has a lovely feel to it.
