Seller's comments...
I have lived at 20 Blythe Place for almost 32 years but I now want to move to be nearer to my daughter who now lives in Leicestershire.
Blythe Place is a quiet location with no through road and is adjacent to a good primary school and within walking distance of the town amenities.
The house has been extensively refurbished throughout the time I have been there. The kitchen has been extended and modernised with a downstairs toilet added. The main bedroom has had integral wardrobes fitted which allowed extension of a further bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is currently a man cave but can be easily used as a bedroom and has a fitted wardrobe.
The bathroom has also been refurbished during my time at the property. The stairs and upstairs share the same carpet and the hallway and the kitchen and hallway share a laminate floor which is ideal for dog owners.
The outside of the front and back of the house have both been recently newly paved.
The front driveway can accommodate two cars and there is further parking outside of the house.
The property also benefits from having solar panels which are owned outright and I receive an income from the feed in tariff as well as having lower energy bills.
Agent's comments...
Positioned on Blythe Place within the popular Greenwood Homes development, this well-kept three-bedroom home offers a practical layout and comfortable living, ideal for those looking to settle into a well-connected area of Bicester.
The ground floor is designed with practicality and flow in mind, featuring a spacious open-plan lounge/diner that runs the full length of the property, creating a bright and versatile space for both everyday living and entertaining. The kitchen is modern and well-maintained, complete with fitted appliances, while a separate utility room adds further convenience. A downstairs WC is also accessed from the utility area.
Upstairs, the property offers three bedrooms. While all are well-proportioned, bedroom one benefits from excellent built-in storage, making great use of the space. The family bathroom is modern and serves all three bedrooms.
Externally, the home continues to impress with a driveway and garage, which can also be accessed internally via the utility room, adding both practicality and security. The property also benefits from owned solar panels, providing improved energy efficiency and long-term cost savings.
Positioned just 0.2 miles from local amenities and 0.4 miles from a primary school, the location is ideal for day-to-day convenience. For commuters, Bicester Village train station is just 1.8 miles away, offering excellent transport links.
A fantastic opportunity to secure a well-located, energy-efficient home in a popular residential development.
