A prime value-add opportunity, this three-bedroom property offers excellent scope for refurbishment and strong potential returns.
The layout provides a solid foundation, with two separate reception rooms allowing flexibility for reconfiguration ideal for creating an open-plan living/dining space or maximising rental appeal. The existing kitchen sits to the rear, offering clear potential for modernisation and redesign.
Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms, suitable for family occupation. A downstairs bathroom completes the current layout.
Externally, the property benefits from a private rear garden an increasingly desirable feature for both tenants and buyers, with scope to landscape or extend (subject to planning).
In need of full refurbishment throughout, this is a blank canvas for investors seeking to add value through cosmetic upgrades or a more extensive redevelopment project. Strong potential for capital growth and rental yield once modernised.
