- Gross Annual household income not exceeding £51,347 for single income and £59,247 for joint income, and
- Upon first going into occupation satisfy the criteria for a Qualifying Person stipulated in the policy guidance (if any) issued by the Council from time to time for occupation of affordable housing within the Area.
For the further two months of marketing:
- Permanently resident in the former Somerset West and Taunton area
