The family room benefits from a dual aspect orientation across the south facing garden, allowing good levels of natural light throughout the day. At the centre of the house is the kitchen diner, fitted with grey cabinetry, quartz work surfaces, brand new appliances and a generous breakfast bar, lending itself equally well to informal dining and entertaining.

Further ground floor accommodation includes a conservatory with French doors opening onto the garden, along with a cloakroom/W.C.

To the first floor, the principal bedroom is well proportioned and features fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. Bedrooms two and three are both generous doubles and are served by a recently updated house bathroom complete with underfloor heating. A separate dressing room with fitted storage completes the upper floor, offering flexibility for a variety of uses.

Outside, the property is approached via a long driveway providing ample off street parking. To the rear lies a south west facing patio. The garden is complemented by a large garage and adjoining store, which may appeal to those seeking workshop space.
